Chinese New Year rain

This storm scared the cats between 2.30am – 3.30am this morning and had me racing for the windows. I was up anyway to combat my wet cough with ginger-laced Milo. February is usually a dry month, averaging about seven rainy days, so the moisture to the parched ground is certainly welcome.
