My buddy Lim Cheng Puay (https://chengpuay.wordpress.com) completed his NS liability and volunteered to extend his service. He dons his greens to conduct field performance assessments and has extended his service under the “Reservist on Voluntary Extended Reserve Service” (ROVERS) Scheme.
He is proud and grateful for his time in the SAF (see his blogpost, “SAF Day 1 July 2013) and we are proud of him too, well done brother!
